Charlie holds a B.Comm from University College Cork. He began his career in Accountancy recruitment with ANTS recruitment in 2000. In late 2001, Charlie joined The Accountants Panel where he was responsible for setting up the contract accounting division. Throughout the next seven years, Charlie would become the leading contract accounting recruiter in Dublin, through his personal approach to candidates, knowledge of his field and sales negotiation skills. In 2008, Charlie left the Panel to setup Accountancy Professionals where he manages the contracts division.
