Are You Being Billed on PRSI for Agency Contractors?

I received a call this week from a client querying an invoice from another agency. The problem with the invoice was that the client was being charged a fee on Gross Pay plus PRSI for an employee who was contracted by the agency, as opposed to just being charged a fee on Gross Pay, as is standard practice.
